Announcement PDF ASX Announcement | 20 December 2023 Amaero International Limited (ASX:3DA) Amaero Adds Steve Kachur as Chief Commercial Officer, Promotes Jay Chandran to Chief Operating Officer Amaero International Limited (ASX:3DA) (“Amaero” or “the Company”) announces the hire of Steve Kachur as Chief Commercial Officer. Mr Kachur brings a wealth of experience and knowledge in both business development and procurement. He will be instrumental as Amaero further develops its commercial and go to market strategy while simultaneously helping to structure the procurement department. He will collaborate internally and externally to help position Amaero as the leader in refractory and high-value specialty alloy powders, as well as the manufacturing of large as-HIP near-net shapes. His background includes servicing industries at the centre of Amaero’s activities, including defence and aerospace, as well as the power generation, oil and gas, and automotive industries. His most recent experience was as the Executive Vice President of Business Development for AFG Holdings where he focused on supplying highly-engineered forged products. Prior experiences include business development and procurement roles at Consolidated Precision Products, Precision Castparts, Oshkosh, and General Products Corporation. Jay Chandran has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer and will continue to oversee operations at Amaero. Jay has been instrumental in advancing the design and fit out of Amaero’s 9,300 square meter (100,000 square feet) flagship manufacturing facility in McDonald, TN. Prior to joining Amaero, Mr. Chandran served in key roles at leading industrial companies, Consolidated Precision Products and Precision Castparts, where he led highly complex castings operations, as well as pre-development, development, and commissioning of greenfield manufacturing operations.
